Interest rate reference rate published by the Central Bank (for the period from 01.07.2012 - 31.12.2012 = 3.75 % ) + 8 %

Provision for loan management : 2 % + 600.00 denars

Fee for early return : 0 %

Collateral co-applicant with one or two guarantors

Conditions to meet co - borrower and guarantor :

to a creditworthy individual Macedonian citizen aged at least 18 years to maximum 62 years for women and 64 for men entering years of age plus the period of loan repayment
Minimum income three times the amount of the annuity , but not less than 5.500 denars :
1 ) Minimum net income of MKD 5,500 additional income included ( food, transportation) , while
2 ) The monthly installment should not exceed 1/ 3 ( one third) of declared monthly income ( according to confirmation and calculation of salary reviews )

A copy of the index or confirmation of full-time student
invoice
The co -applicant :

Employment contract , M1/M2 for employees in the private sector
Certified reviews for the last 6 months only for employees in the private sector
Confirmation of permanent employment ( Form UNIBank )
Confirmation of salary ( Form UNIBank )
Lien ( Form UNIBank ).
