1. 1 (one ) photo size 5x5 cm on a white background ( in electronic format 600x600 pixels )
2. International passport + copy of the previous U.S. visa ( if not in the current passport )the passport must be valid at least six months beyond your period of stay in the U.S.
3. Student index - Original
4. Confirmation of faculty full-time student ( to serve for the interview at the U.S. Consulate )
5. Transcripts of records ( transcript of faculty)
6. DS-2019 ( provided by Viking Travel )
7. SEVIS receipt( provided by Viking Travel )
8. Fee payment reciept for the visa interview ( paid in a commercial bank )
9. Completed application form DS- 160, which is filled online by the student.
